Select a Fantastic Home Spot

Sometimes we just get it right: a spot in our house where everything appears to come together in excellent harmony. Perhaps it’s a cozy reading nook or a feat of organizational genius. A treasured collection nicely exhibited could take action. Even a vase of flowers in front of an inspired wall color counts. Whatever it is — for me it’s the just clutter-free best of my dresser — it makes us feel content. When a lot of our houses can be visual to-do lists, so it’s so nice to have these stains that feel absolutely done. Here are 11 ones.

6. The organizational masterpiece. There are few things as satisfying as figuring out a clever way to store things. I’d surely be craftier with this rather than my junk drawer.

7. The hidden organizational masterpiece. You understand there’s some crap in there, but it all looks so nice tucked off in matching boxes and bins within this Expedit shelving unit.

8. The form-as-function space. A wall of bookshelves is statement and storage in one. Plus, it makes great use of a hallway.

9. The workspace. You do not need to store all the peripherals–bills to be paid, extra paper, desk-drawer effluence–at your own desk. Put it somewhere else and save the workspace for working.

10. The arbitrary area made great. Perhaps it’s an awkward corner, a particularly major landing or a bizarre little crawl area. No matter how small it is, you can turn an”extra” area into something nice to check at having a rug, a few cushions and a couple of flowers.

11. The clutter-free space. I know it’s not much, but draining off the top of my dresser, hanging my bracelets on nails and incorporating just a little vase of flowers produced my bedroom around a thousand times more agreeable to be in.
